TSC has promoted 1963 teachers who shall be enjoying their festive season on a celebration mode after receiving promotions from the TSC-Teachers Service Commission.
According to Nancy Macharia the TSC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 1963 teachers from different levels were promoted after interviews conducted between last month.
TSC promoted 1,040 teachers up the scales from levels ranging from the Chief Principal to Senior Teacher II levels.
Under this levely, 53 Chief Principals, 51 Senior Principals, 49 principals, 33 Deputy Principal I, 15 Deputy Principal II, 16 Senior Lecturers I, 34 Curriculum Support Officers I, 9 Curriculum Support Officers II, 18 Senior Lecturers II, 296 Senior Head Teachers I and II, 466 Senior Teachers I and II were promoted.
