School reopening date postponed
Schools’ re-opening date has been adjusted from Monday, August 15 to Thursday, August 18. Education CS George Magoha says citing the ongoing tallying of ballots.
Previously the schools were scheduled to open on Monday 15th August 2022 due to the ongoing elections and tallying of votes.
However, there seems to be a possibility of further postponement of the reopening dates as IEBC is yet to conclude the vote tallying exercise.
Everything is uncertain and it will not be a shock for the reopening to be postponed further.
