Miguna Miguna is expected back into the Country after today’s ruling. The high court of Kenya through Justice Hedwig Ong’udi has ordered the government to facilitate the return of deported laywer Miguna Miguna back to Kenya.
In a virtual court session, Judge Hedwig Ong’udi directed Miguna Miguna to within 72 hours, Obtain travel documentsat any embassy or any High Commission close to him.
The ruling has directed Air France to allow Miguna Miguna to aboard their planes, including other airlines. The immigration Department has been directed to allow Miguna use his National Identification Card for his journey back. ”I order you to facilitate the entry of miguna back to Kenya,” said Justice Ong’udi.
